Effective Date: March 29, 2026. These terms govern your interaction with the TaoLogic Systems digital environment and our specialized logic systems.
1. Acceptance of the Agreement
By accessing the TaoLogic Systems website (TaoLogicSystems.digital), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TaoLogic Systems, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur.
Our digital presence is designed to showcase our logic systems and data intelligence capabilities. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should immediately discontinue use of the site. Continued use following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Proprietary Logic & Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to the structural logic of our demonstrations, proprietary data intelligence frameworks, text, graphics, logos, and software architecture, is the exclusive property of TaoLogic Systems or its content suppliers.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the site for informational and professional evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, or redistribute our logic systems or analytical methodologies without express written consent from our executive team in Kuala Lumpur.
3. User Conduct and Intelligence Integrity
To ensure the security of our intelligence hub, users agree not to:
- Attempt to breach the security or authentication measures of the data hub.
- Inject malicious scripts or utilize automated crawlers that disrupt system performance.
- Misrepresent their identity or professional affiliation when querying our solutions.
4. Limitations of Liability
While TaoLogic Systems strives for 100% accuracy in our logic systems and intelligence reporting, the website and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
TaoLogic Systems shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital tools or the interpretation of data intelligence presented herein.
Service Warranty
We do not warrant that the server hosting our data hub will be free of interruptions or errors. Our technical team in Kuala Lumpur maintains the systems during standard Mon-Fri: 09:00-18:00 hours to minimize downtime.
5. Termination of Access
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the site, without notice, for any conduct that we believe is in violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable law, or is harmful to the interests of another user or TaoLogic Systems.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur.
